Services & Technology
-
We can engrave and UV print on a wide variety of materials including wood, acrylic, leather, stainless steel, coated metals, glass, plastic, tumblers, signage materials, promotional products, and more. If you already have an item you would like customized, feel free to contact us and we can usually let you know quickly whether it is compatible with our engraving or UV printing process.

UV printing is a process that uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink as it’s printed directly onto a surface. This allows us to create full-color designs with sharp detail on a wide range of materials like wood, acrylic, metal, leather, and more.
This is not a sticker or vinyl applied to your product. The design is printed directly onto the surface, resulting in crisp edges, vibrant color, and a clean, professional finish.
Because the ink cures directly onto the product, the application is durable and long-lasting.
-
Item descriptionYes. UV printing is a highly durable printing process that uses industrial UV-cured inks printed directly onto the surface of the material. Once cured, the inks create vibrant full-color graphics with excellent detail and adhesion. UV printing is ideal for indoor signage, awards, branded products, promotional items, and many everyday-use products. Durability can vary depending on the material and environment, but many items are scratch-resistant, water-resistant, and designed for long-lasting use. For outdoor or high-contact applications, we can also recommend the best materials and finishing options for maximum durability.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light to permanently mark or remove material, creating precise, detailed designs that won’t fade or wear off.
We use two types of lasers:
CO₂ Laser
Best for non-metal materials like wood, acrylic, leather, and and fabric. Ideal for engraving and cutting with clean, smooth results.Fiber Laser
Designed for metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. It can go beyond surface marking and etch into the metal, creating deeper, more durable results with strong contrast. -
Yes. Laser engraving is a permanent marking process that physically alters the surface of the material rather than applying something on top like a sticker or vinyl decal. Because the design is engraved directly into the material, it will not peel, crack, or fade over time under normal use. Laser engraving is ideal for awards, signage, personalized gifts, industrial tags, drinkware, and branded products where long-lasting durability and a professional appearance are important.
-
While the terms are often used interchangeably, engraving and etching are slightly different processes. Engraving typically cuts deeper into the material, physically removing material to create a more noticeable and durable mark. Etching is generally a lighter surface mark that creates contrast without cutting as deeply. Both methods can produce clean, professional results, but the best option depends on the material, desired appearance, and application.
Ordering & Production
-
Most custom orders are completed within 10 business days or less depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of the project. Simpler projects may be completed sooner, while larger custom orders or specialty materials may require additional time. If you have a specific deadline or rush request, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
-
Many of our products can be ordered with no minimum quantity, making them great for one-off gifts, awards, and custom projects. However, some products, materials, or specialty production processes may require minimum order quantities depending on the item and customization involved. Feel free to contact us with your project details and we will be happy to discuss the best options available.

Yes. In many cases, we can engrave or UV print on customer-supplied items depending on the material, coating, shape, and overall compatibility with our equipment. Because we did not manufacture or source the item ourselves, certain projects may require a signed waiver acknowledging the risk of damage during production. For some items, we may also request a test piece prior to accepting the full job to help ensure the best possible results.

This allows you to review the layout, spelling, sizing, personalization details, and overall design before anything is manufactured. Production will begin once the proof has been approved to help ensure accuracy and avoid unexpected issues.
